With the ability to centralize a vast amount of contact information, Cohort's Contact Management is more than just an address book. It is a dynamic organizational tool, central to the Cohort package. Not only does Cohort compile a wide array of data for each contact, it also provides a system for categorizing and tracking all communications, including the option of adding notes or reminder flags for follow-up conversations. Data that can be tracked for individuals and organizations include:
Individuals:
- Standard contact information, like name, telephone number, and address
- All work experiences
- Country/region skills
- Emergency contact information

- List of contracts or agreements with the organization
- Past, current, or planned roles in projects and any documents related to that person
