Using Cohort's Budget Management features, you can create simple or complex budgets for all types of projects. These features allow for precise control over budget proposals and approvals, as well as any subsequent amendments, extensions, or modifications. Budgets are directly linked to their respective projects and project activities, and can span multiple fiscal/calendar years and/or any selected part of a year. With optional software integration services from Partners International, expense data is automatically imported from your central financial and accounting management software package. By combining budget data with imported expense data, Cohort can generate powerful budget versus actual reports.
