As co-founder and President of Partners International, Aaron has overseen the development of Partners International's mission, vision, and business strategy, focusing on how Partners International can provide appropriate IT solutions to help our clients succeed. Aaron also leads the Software Services division, directing the evolution of our Cohort Project Management Software for international development, relief, and humanitarian assistance organizations, as well as the development of custom software implementations for our non-profit clients. He oversees our development teams in Washington, D.C., and in Kyiv, Ukraine. At Partners International, Aaron has worked with many non-profit organizations, including some of the largest working in the United States today, to develop and tailor software solutions that bring out the best of our clients' unique business processes. Before starting Partners International, Aaron worked as project manager for several large international NGOs, where he managed media development projects in Bosnia and Russia, implemented training programs in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, and established public access Internet sites across Russia and the Ukraine. During his career, Aaron has filled such diverse roles as Program Manager, Proposal Manager, and IT Manager for several organizations in the international development and exchange community. Aaron lives in Los Angeles, CA, with his wife. He is an avid cyclist and backpacker, and he devotes his free time to numerous philanthropic organizations.
Morgan joined Partners International in 1998 as one of the company's first staff members. In 2007, he became Chief Executive Officer, whose responsibilities include implementing company strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations. Under Morgan's leadership, the company has experienced significant increases in efficiency and operational effectiveness. Morgan also leads the Network Services division, which provides outsourced IT support services to non-profits and small-to-medium businesses in Washington, D.C., and New York City. Morgan directs our teams of technical account managers and engineers in providing consistently reliable IT support and assuring customer satisfaction. Over his tenure at Partners International, Morgan has managed technology support relationships with over 100 organizations and small-to-medium businesses, working with our clients to create, enhance, and implement technology plans that match their strategic business goals. Prior to joining Partners International, Morgan worked as a researcher and network manager in the energy services sector. Morgan holds a MS degree in Information Systems from American University. He lives with his wife and daughter in Washington, D.C. |
